Sustainable energy
‘Reversing climate change is the defining challenge of the 21st century’¹.
With this challenge however also comes opportunity – to create better houses to live in with low or zero carbon emissions. Houses must be designed according the ‘Trias Energetica’, very well insulated and highly airtight. Furthermore the dwellings are equipped with several sustainable energy solutions: solar thermal collectors with boiler; heat exchanger and recovery in shower and the ventilation system. Thanks to this combination of solutions the energy consumption for heating and hot water could be very low.
