Corporations and the association of residents’ board reach agreement regarding renovation
Renovation ‘Het Breed’ will almost certainly start next year.
Amsterdam, November 7th, 2011 – After years of delay, it seems that housing complex Het Breed in north Amsterdam will finally be renovated. Corporations Ymere and Eigen Haard have reached an agreement with the board of the association of residents Het Breed regarding the renovation plan that was proposed March 2010. Additional agreements have been made with regard to the execution of the plan, and the position of residents has been improved. Accordingly, the execution of the sustainable renovation will almost certainly start by the middle of next year.
