1. Common research and monitoring, organised in the Concerto+ activities
• Data collection and analysis of total conventional and renewable energy flows in each community, including electricity, heating and cooling and if applicable transport fuels
• Contribution to the development of a common methodology for analysing and presenting the energy performance of Concerto Communities
• Participation upon request of the Commission/Concerto Plus in working groups studying the energy performance of local communities
• Contribution to collaborative socio-economic research on local communities aiming to reduce their consumption of conventional fuels, including analysis of the benefits of distributed electricity generation, the local production and use of Renewable Energies
